Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our well log data archive, services, and ordering process.

We provide well log data in LAS, DLIS, ASCII, and PDF formats. LAS is our most commonly requested format for digital log curves. We can also convert between formats on request.
Our archive covers wells across Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and Timor-Leste. This includes all major sedimentary basins in these regions.
Data is priced on a per-curve-metre basis. Well data summaries are fixed price. Regional packages are available for broader coverage. Contact us for a quote tailored to your requirements.
Typical turnaround is 1-5 business days depending on order size and data availability. Rush delivery can be arranged for urgent projects.
We follow a multi-stage validation process including depth matching, calibration checks, and format verification to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
A Well Data Summary is a standardised summary document for each well in our archive, providing key metadata including location, depth, available log curves, and data quality information.
